ATTENTION

Please read the following guidelines carefully before reserving tickets. By reserving tickets and attending the event, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
These guidelines may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice.
Please read them again before attending.
For the purposes of these guidelines, the concert, performance, and all related activities are collectively referred to as the "Event".

Guidelines


  • • Refunds will not be issued even if there is a change to the program. If the performance is postponed or canceled due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, information regarding refunds will be provided.
  • • Tickets are non-transferable. Entry with transferred tickets will not be permitted.
  • • You will not be able to enter the venue using tickets purchased from resellers, online auctions or other unauthorized distributors.
  • • Children aged 5 and under may enter free of charge if seated on their guardian's lap. (Limited to one child per guardian.) A ticket is required if the child will occupy a seat.
  • • Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when reserving tickets and attending the Event.
  • • Please bring a valid photo ID and cooperate with any identity verification procedures if requested.
  • • The organizers and venue accept no responsibility for any accidents, theft or other incidents that may occur inside or outside the venue.
  • • This Event will be streamed, filmed, recorded, and photographed. Attendees may appear in such recordings or photographs. Please note that such recordings and photographs may be used for streaming, promotional, archival, or other related purposes. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
  • • Late entry is permitted. Please follow staff guidance upon arrival. During the performance, be mindful of other guests when moving to your seat.
  • • Re-entry is not permitted once the show has started.
  • • Please refrain from bringing large bags or other bulky items that may disturb other attendees.
  • • Saving your spot with personal belongings or cutting in line is not permitted. If you must leave the line for any reason, please inform those around you before doing so.
  • • You will be unable to store your personal belongings at the venue. Please leave valuables and other important items at a coin locker or other storage facilities.
  • • The Event program and performers are subject to change without notice.
  • • You are not permitted to give gifts to the performers.

Regulations

Photography & Audio/Video Recording

  • • Recording equipment and laser pointers are banned in the venue. Any form of photography and audio/video recording is also not permitted.
  • • Individuals found in violation of this rule will be required to delete the recording.

Safety & Conduct

  • • Do not run inside or outside the venue. When lining up or entering and exiting, please proceed in an orderly manner.
  • • Refrain from any and all behavior that may disrupt the show, including aggressive shouting, offensive remarks or excessive noise.
  • • Hold fans, towels and other merchandise at chest height and ensure they do not block the view of other attendees.
  • • When using glow sticks, please be considerate of other attendees. Excessive waving of glow sticks may obstruct the view of others or distract from the performance.
  • • The use of glowsticks that exceed 25 cm or emit a high-intensity light (e.g., Ultra Orange light sticks), custom-built lights, traffic batons or any other battery-powered light-emitting devices is prohibited. These items may cause inconvenience or injury to other attendees and may interfere with the show or event operations.
  • • Please refrain from bringing fresh leeks to the Event.
  • • Aside from the acts listed above, any behavior that disrupts the show or other attendees is prohibited.

Cosplay

  • • Cosplay is prohibited inside and outside the venue.

Beverages

  • • Alcohol, the consumption thereof into the venue or entering the premises while under the influence is strictly prohibited.
  • • Refrain from throwing or swinging around beverage containers, or using them for any purpose other than drinking.


Individuals who fail to comply with staff instructions or the policies above may be forced to leave the venue.
If the organizers determine that disruptive behavior by attendees or violations of the rules above make it difficult to conduct the Event safely and smoothly, the show may be temporarily suspended or canceled. Please note that no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
The organizers assume no responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred as a result of failing to follow staff instructions.

Flower Gifts

Flowers Gifts

  • • If you wish to send flowers to the venue, please note that we can only accept flower stands.
  • • Flower stands may be ordered from any florist and delivered via any service.
  • • Please read the rules below before sending a flower stand to the Kobe venue.
  • • Due to space limitations, we will require advance registration for flower stands sent to the Yokohama venue. Further details will be announced around October.

Flower Stand Guidelines

  • • Flower stands may not exceed 180 cm in height. The base must be no larger than 40 × 40 cm, and the overall width and depth may not exceed 100 cm each.
  • *Flower stands that exceed the size limits above (including those with decorations that extend beyond the specified dimensions) and those designed to be displayed side by side will only be displayed if the organizers can ensure safe conditions on the day of the Event. Depending on venue conditions, the organizers reserve the right to remove any displays at their discretion.

Where and When to Have Flower Stands Delivered

  • *Flower stands delivered outside the dates and times listed above may not be accepted.
  • *Do not send flower stands through standard parcel shipping.

Flower Stand Pickup

  • • Flower stands must be collected after the show. Please arrange pickup with your florist or delivery service prior to sending.
  • • When flower stands arrive at the venue, we will confirm with the florist or delivery service that pickup arrangements have been made.
  • Kobe
  • • Pickup Times: 6:30 PM–8:00 PM
  • *Depending on Event operations, pickup times may need to be adjusted.
  • *We are unable to accept delivery of flower stands for which pickup has not been arranged.
  • *If you wish to retrieve any flowers or decorations used in a flower stand, please consult with the florist or delivery company you used for collection, as the organizers are unable to assist with such requests. In addition, please refrain from collecting any items from the venue yourself.

Please Note

  • • Flower stands must be freestanding, as we are unable to make adjustments to displays that are not self-supporting. Please note that we may be unable to accept delivery of such items.
  • • Refrain from including any objects that require power to be switched on or off, as well as any electronics whose contents cannot be verified by the organizers. Decorative lights are permitted only if they use commercial dry-cell batteries; please note that we cannot replace batteries on your behalf.
  • • The organizers will determine where flower stands are displayed and cannot accommodate requests regarding their positioning.
  • • If the number of flower stands exceeds venue capacity, only the name plates of some flower stands may be displayed.
  • • When creating panels, please comply with the following guidelines.

    1. The following content is prohibited:
    - Content that may offend, upset, harass, attack, or discriminate against others.
    - Content that infringes, or may infringe, upon the rights of others.
    - Content intended to promote, advertise, solicit support for, or advocate political, religious, or ideological beliefs.
    - Content that may harm the image or reputation of this project.
    - Misrepresenting yourself as an official representative, organizer, or affiliate of this project, or falsely representing your creations as official works of this project.
    - The use of official illustrations, artwork, or other official assets from this project in fan-created works.
    - Content that violates applicable laws, regulations, public policy, or accepted standards of public morality.
    - Any other content deemed inappropriate by the project organizers.

  • • As panels and flower stands will be displayed publicly, they should not include expressions that may be considered inappropriate or offensive to others.
  • • We reserve the right to refuse the display of panels or other content that violates the above policies or our guidelines on derivative works, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the organizers.
  • • Flower stands may be refused or removed due to severe weather or other safety concerns.
  • • Flower stands, panels, and related displays may be photographed by the organizers and featured on the official website, official social media accounts, or other official channels. Please note that whether and how such displays are featured is at the organizers' discretion.
  • • At the Kobe venue, we plan to allow visitors without show tickets to view the flower stands and other decorations. However, depending on space constraints on the day of the show, this may not be possible.
