Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X or Instagram.
1.Eligibility:
To be eligible for the winning award of HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE! ("Game") - 1-Koma UGC Contest ("Contest"), as of the start of the Contest Period (defined below),
(i) entrants must live in the following countries:
· U.K.
· U.S.A
· Canada (excluding Quebec), Mexico, Chile
· Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
· Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand
(ii) entrants must be 18 or over; entrants in the United States, U.K. Canada, Mexico, and Chili must be 13 or over; the consent of a parent or legal guardian is necessary if you are a minor in your jurisdiction or below the age of contractual capacity (which may vary by jurisdiction).
(iii) entrants follow our channel, use the #CST1Koma and #SEGAContest, and direct messages must be open
(iv) entrants' artworks must match the theme, an illustration of a 1-Koma comic, and comply with the Artwork Guidelines below; and
(v) entrants' entries must follow all the provisions of these Official Rules.
(vi) entrants' profiles must not contain content that includes nudity, sexually explicit, lewd, obscene, offensive, disparaging or other inappropriate content;
(vii) plagiarism, AI works, and other copyright violations are prohibited and will be disqualified from the campaign.
Regulation. Participation constitutes entrant's (and, if an eligible minor, entrant's parent's or legal guardian's) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. If you are acting within the scope of your employment, as an employee, contractor, or agent of another party, you warrant that such party has full knowledge of your actions and has consented thereto. You further warrant that your actions do not violate your employer or company's policies and procedures.
2.Sponsor:
SEGA Corporation, Sumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower, 1-1-1 Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo 141-0033, Japan ("Sponsor" or "SEGA").
3. Timing:
13:00 PDT on June 7, 2024 (5:00 JST on June 8) and all entries must be received no later than 19:59 PDT on July 7, 2024 (11:59 JST on July 8) (the "Contest Period"). The Sponsor's computer or that of its designee is the official timekeeper for this Contest. Entrants are responsible for determining the appropriate beginning and ending times in their respective time zones.
How To Enter: During the Contest Period, an eligible person must submit an entry ("Entry") by doing the following to enter:
· STEP 1: Follow X and/or Instagram account as below

· STEP 2: Enable direct message function so that you can receive direct messages from the official @colorful_stage_en Instagram and/or the official (@ColorfulStageEN) X account;
· STEP 3: Post your artwork, which meets the following requirements, by [using direct message function of X and/or Instagram][using the #CST1Koma and #SEGAContest on your public account];
Artwork Entries must adhere to the following requirements:
Artwork's theme shall be an illustration of a 1-Koma comic.
All submitted artworks must also adhere to the Artwork Guidelines below.
· Must not have been previously submitted in a promotion of any kind or exhibited, won any prize or award, or displayed publicly through any means;
· Must not disparage any person or violate or infringe another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, property, publicity or intellectual property rights;
· Must not include any third-party logos, brand names, copyrighted works or trademarks on or as part of the Artwork, other than Sponsor's trademarks, logos and designs or permitted usage under Piapro license, including official Game characters and items, which each entrant has limited license to use for the sole purposes of submitting an Entry;
· Must not contain content that is hateful, violent, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, promotes bigotry, racism, sexism, alcohol, gratuitous violence, illegal drugs, weapons, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on gender, race, color, creed, disability, national origin, religion, age, marital status, lawful alien status, veteran's status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected category;
· Must not have any personally identifiable information such as last names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses incorporated on or as part of the Artwork;
· Must not contain content that includes nudity, sexually explicit, lewd, obscene, offensive, disparaging or other inappropriate content;
· Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any laws or regulations; and
NOTE: Multiple Entries per person are allowed. Entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Entries must also comply with the "Additional Entry Requirements" described below. Submissions that are incomplete, contain irregular or invalid information, are corrupted, or are late are void and will not be accepted. Each Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person assigned the Game account associated with the Entry. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message Entries are permitted. Sponsor discourages the creation of multiple accounts. All Entries discovered to have been submitted by the same individual using multiple accounts will be disqualified. All Entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be collectively hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Entries." Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Entries will not be returned.
4. Additional Entry Requirements:
Ineligible entries include entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules, including the Warranty section below, as well as those that are, in whole or in part, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, hateful, embarrassing to another person or entity, deceptive, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contain racial slurs, or contain explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of, sexual acts, or are not within the spirit of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. The Entry may not contain an advertisement or solicitation not affiliated with the Sponsor, or otherwise be used to promote any products or services of any third-party. Entries must not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies.
5. Selection & Notification:
Eligible Entries will be judged by a panel of judges consisting of HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE! Team. The panel will select three (3) potential winners from among all Eligible Entries received based on the highest overall scores. Eligible Entries will be judged for potential inclusion in the Game (which is created or produced by or on behalf Sponsor) according to the following criteria, weighted equally: [a] originality, [b] quality of design, [c] creativity, and [d] execution. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken based on the highest score in the area of "creativity." Judging scores will not be disclosed.
On or about [13:00 PDT of July 29, 2024], the winners will be announced on the official the HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE! official X Account (@ColorfulStageEN) or official Instagram account (@colorful_stage_en). It is possible the announcement may be delayed (for example, until we have verified a winner's eligibility), and Sponsor shall not be liable for any such delay of the announcement.
In addition, the potential winners may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the time period specified by the Sponsor in the notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if any notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. All notification requirements, as well as other requirements within these Official Rules, will be enforced.
At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (a) the Game account of the selected winner is invalid or otherwise deactivated prior to prize distribution, (b) the Entry of the selected winner infringes on third party rights or otherwise does not comply with the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, (c) potential winner fails to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, and residency or any required documents as requested by Sponsor, or (d) the selected winner fails to comply with these Official Rules in any way. If a winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to require such winner's parent or legal guardian execute all required documents and otherwise comply with the requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
NOTE: Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
6. Prizes:
One (1) prize winner will each be awarded:
· 1st Place: Nine Thousand (9,000) Crystals. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of (9,000) Crystals is Eighty-One U.S. Dollars ($81.00)
· 2nd Place: Six Thousand (6,000) Crystals. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of (6,000) Crystals is Fifty-Four U.S. Dollars ($54.00)
· 3rd Place: Three Thousand (3,000) Crystals. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of (3,000) Crystals is Twenty-Seven U.S. Dollars ($27.00)
Aggregate ARV of all prizes potentially awarded: One hundred and sixty-two U.S. Dollars ($162.00). Actual retail value may vary and usage of Crystals to be awarded might be different from Crystals you may purchase at Game store and Sponsor will not award the difference between the ARV and actual value. To obtain or redeem the 'Crystals', winners must have a Game account. The ' Valentine's Day Bouquet' that will be given to the 1st place winner will be made around January 30, 2024, and will be shipped from mid-to-late March, and will be delivered sequentially from April to the end of May. It is possible the shipment may be delayed, and Sponsor shall not be liable for any such delay of the shipment. Sponsor reserves the right to not seek an alternate potential prize winner in the event that the individual originally selected ignores the prize notification, is disqualified or is unable to accept the prize, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by any winner. The prize winner must look to the prize manufacturer for warranty issues (as applicable); Sponsor is not liable for performance of the prize. By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, provincial, state, or other tax liabilities arising from this Contest are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Contest is void outside the countries and scope listed above and where prohibited. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. Actual prize may differ from promotional images.
NOTE: Any prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. While any winner of the first place may be used in the Game and have some amount of his/her Entry featured in the Game or Game-related materials as described above, Sponsor makes no other guarantee or representation regarding the manner in which any winner's Entry will be incorporated into the Game, including, but not limited to, (1) the specific portion(s) of the winning videos that will be selected for inclusion in the Game, (2) the amount of any winner's Entry that will be featured in the Game, (3) the prominence with which any winner's Entry will be displayed in the Game, and (4) the media channels, or other contexts through which the Game will be made available, all of which will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee that the Entry of the various winners will be treated equally in terms of amount or prominence in the Game.
7. No Obligation To Use:
Sponsor shall have no obligation (express or implied) to use any Entry, or to include any Entry submission in its Game, to otherwise exploit any Entry or, if commenced, to continue the distribution or exploitation thereof, and Sponsor may at any time abandon the use of any Entry for any reason, with or without legal justification or excuse, and participants shall not be entitled to any damages or other relief by reason thereof.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Warranty. By entering the Contest, entrant warrants and represents that the content submitted by entrant (including but not limited to the Entry and any components thereof) submitted by entrant) is his/her own original work created by entrant, has not been previously published, has not won a previous prize or award, that entrant owns or otherwise controls all of the rights to the content submitted by entrant and that the content submitted by entrant does not violate any law, regulation or any right of any third-party, including but not limited to rights of copyright, trademark, publicity and/or privacy. Please understand that submitting any content that is copyrighted by another individual, or otherwise subject to the rights of another individual, will make entrant responsible for any legal action the legal copyright holder might take against entrant or in relation to the content.
Further, entrant understands and acknowledges that Sponsor has wide access to ideas, designs, and other materials, and that new ideas are constantly being submitted to it or being developed by their own employees. Entrant also acknowledges that many ideas may be competitive with, similar or identical to the Entry and/or each other in theme, idea, format or other respects. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that entrant will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of Sponsor's use of any such similar or identical material. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor does not now and shall not have in the future any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of the copyright in and to the Entry. Finally, entrant acknowledges and agrees that, with respect to any claim by entrant relating to or arising out of Sponsor's actual or alleged exploitation or use of any Entry or other material submitted in connection with the Contest, the damage, if any, thereby caused to entrant will not be irreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle entrant to seek injunctive or other equitable relief or in any way enjoin the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of the Entry or any material based on or allegedly based on the Entry, and entrant's rights and remedies in any such event shall be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law.
B. License Granted By Entrant. By submitting an Entry into the Contest, entrant grants to the Sponsor and its affiliated companies the right, without limitation, to display the submitted content (including but not limited to the Entry and any components thereof submitted by entrant) in any media now known or hereinafter developed (including on any of its websites or in any of its products). Further, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrant agrees to grant to the Sponsor and its affiliated companies a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, translate, display, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, and display such content in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever in its sole discretion, including for commercial or non-commercial use, and without compensation to entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for the use of any Entries by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
C. License Granted by Sponsor. As discussed above in the "How To Enter" Section, Sponsor grants each entrant a limited license to use SEGA's trademarks, logos and designs, including official Game characters and items, as part of his/her submission. Entrant is not permitted to use SEGA's trademarks, logos and designs for other purposes. Except as expressly described herein, you may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, modify, publish, transmit, stream, upload, display, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit SEGA's trademarks, logos and designs, including the official Game characters and items.
9. Privacy & Publicity:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in this Contest and/or acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify each winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner's name, NGS account username, country, city, likeness, photo, written or oral statements and biographical information, Entry and/or prize information in connection with the Contest for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration. Entry in the Contest constitutes entrant's (or, if entrant is an eligible minor, entrant's parent's or legal guardian's) consent to the transfer of the personal information collected from the entrant to the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and for such other purposes to which entrant may consent as outlined herein or on the Contest website; namely, entrant's name, date of birth, in-game name, player ID, and, only in the case of the first-place winner, shipping address. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Contest will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy located at our [Privacy Policy].
10. Release:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering and by receipt of any prize, entrants and winners agree to indemnify, defend, release, not to sue, and hold harmless the Sponsor, X, Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), Piapro and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, demands, penalties and expenses, or causes of action, of any kind or nature whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which entrant (or entrant's successors-in-interest, heirs and/or agents) ever had, now have, or in the future may have against the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, theft, damage to or loss of property, or any other harm arising out of or related to any statement, action or failure to act by entrant during or in connection with his/her participation in the Contest or any Contest related activity; any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules or of any other documents required by Sponsor; the use of any of the rights granted herein (including, without limitation, the use and exploitation of the entrant's name, address [city and state/province], biographical information, statements, voice, photograph and/or other likeness); any malfunction or other problem with any Contest website or webpage; any error in the collection or retention of Entry information; and any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize; or acceptance, possession, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. General Conditions:
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and any other documents required by Sponsor herein and by the decisions of the Sponsor, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in this Contest, the Official Rules or any other documents required by Sponsor herein. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, fulfillment or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and to select the winners from those Eligible Entries received up to the time of the termination/suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor may also disqualify or prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize in this or any other promotion conducted by Sponsor if, at its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant has violated the Official Rules or has threatened or is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick-entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor's representatives. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
12. Limitations Of Liability:
Released Parties are not responsible or liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Contest; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.
13. Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be submitted to the court in Tokyo, Japan under its rules then in effect in Japan, without resort to any form of class action, and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (2) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Japan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Japan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Japan.

"HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE!" Artwork Creation and Usage Guidelines
Thank you for your continued support of "HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE!" (hereinafter, the "Project").
SEGA CORPORATION, Colorful Palette Inc., and CRYPTON FUTURE MEDIA, INC. establish these Guidelines concerning the use of the Project Artwork contents in order to promulgate the Project and make it more accessible to a wider audience.
We request that you comply with the following guidelines and enjoy creating your own Artwork.
These Guidelines will be applicable in conjunction with End User License Agreement ("EULA") of the application, "HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE!" Please confirm the EULA at https://www.colorfulstage.com/.
If you use the "piapro characters" whose licenses are owned by CRYPTON FUTURE MEDIA, INC., you shall comply with https://piapro.net/intl/en_for_creators.html. The terms on this website shall prevail over the EULA.
You may utilize secondarily or create Artwork of the Project as follows:
(1) Create, display, and distribute illustrations, fan publications, manga, and novels.
(2) Create and distribute three-dimensional objects, such as figures.
(3) Create and distribute cosplay costumes (for all ages).
(4) Release and distribute costume play (for all ages), cosplay photos, and videos of the characters.
(5) Introduce the contents of the Project with the use of videos and still images shot during normal play.
*Regarding display, distribution, shooting, and other activities at the events to be held by the related companies (including SEGA CORPORATION, Colorful Palette Inc., and CRYPTON FUTURE MEDIA, INC.), you must follow the rules for running the relevant event.
Terms and Conditions for Creating Artwork
Individuals and unincorporated entities may create, display, distribute, and conduct other similar Artwork activities (including fan publications and unofficial Artwork goods) that are derived from the Project without restrictions, to the extent that they do so for non-commercial purposes as defined in the following section by the Project.
If corporations or incorporated entities wish to create Artwork, or you wish to create Artwork that exceeds the standards indicated in these Guidelines, refer to the section "Contact for these Guidelines" in advance. Even if you are a corporation or incorporated entity, as long as you introduce the contents of the Project with the use of videos and still images shot during normal play, you may create, display, distribute, and conduct other similar Artwork activities without restrictions unless you infringe on the prohibitions specified in these Guidelines.
Standards for deeming as non-commercial purposes
If individuals or unincorporated entities create Artwork that is in no way unintended to gain profits, it will be deemed as being for non-commercial purposes.
Also, if they use this Artwork within the scope of a hobby and receive compensation in an amount equivalent to the production cost, such as raw material expenses and tools, it will also be deemed to be for non-commercial purposes.
Creation of Artwork of Piapro characters
All submitted works must also adhere to the "For Creators" if it includes Piapro characters (Hatsune Miku, Megurine Luka, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, MEIKO, KAITO) in the webpage at https://piapro.net/intl/en_for_creators.html
If your Artwork includes characters other than those of the Project, contact the rights holders of the relevant characters for their use.
Use of the contents in video posting or delivery on social media and video sharing websites
Still images and videos covering the Project:
Posting still images and videos covering the Project on social media and video sharing services will be acceptable unless such posting infringes on the following prohibitions.
Prohibitions on posting and delivery of stories
Posting of an episode of the event stories currently running or the whole contents of the side stories would be considered spoiling the story for those who have not yet read it and would spoil their opportunity to enjoy the story. Such posting is prohibited.
The following are the standards of posting and delivery.
・You can post or deliver the following:
· Tutorials
· Main stories (including opening)
· Completed event stories
・You cannot post or deliver the following:
· Event stories currently running
· Side stories (first part, second part)
· Other stories
*Posting your comments or comments with video or screenshots is acceptable (as a guide, 4 to 5 taps for videos and 4 screenshots for one post).
You should refrain from posting a huge amount of videos or screenshots in several batches that give away the game's secrets, or if you do not have to play the game to know what is posted or distributed.
Standard advertising revenue programs such as the YouTube Partner Program are not prohibited.
However, we may request that you delete the posting or otherwise if we deem the post's contents inappropriate.
· Music used in the Project
You are not prohibited to post music used in the Project on social media and video sharing services, as long as such music is used in the video covering the Project. However, quotation or posting data for the purpose of listening to music is not allowed.
We may ask you to suspend use of music, delete the posting, or otherwise, if the rights holder of each piece of music deems the posting inappropriate, on a case-by-case basis.
· Furthermore, the posting of the following contents is prohibited:
· Contents that infringe on the rights of third parties, including cast members and staff involved in the Project (including, but not limited to, portrait rights, publicity rights, good name and reputation).
· Image products of the Project (anime, live concert, talk show event, live program, etc.)
*Screenshots of videos posted on the official YouTube channel are acceptable to the extent they do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Examples: Play moving pictures, 2DMV (SEKAI ver.), 3DMV, petit SEKAI
· Contents that suggest or mislead viewers into thinking that the creator is supported by, affiliated with, or otherwise authorized or acknowledged by the Project.
· Contents that violate the EULA separately specified by platforms, social media, or video sharing services.
Prohibitions on creating Artwork
The following types of Artwork are prohibited:
· Works that offend or hurt the feelings of other people, attack or discriminate against other people.
· Works that infringe or may infringe on rights of other people.
· Works that transmit or solicit people to believe specific political ideas, religious beliefs, or thoughts.
· Works that ruin the image of the Project.
· Works that pretend the creator is the official party or the operator of the Project, or pretend to be the official productions of the Project.
· Works that violate laws and regulations of countries or are contrary to public order and morality.
· Works that are otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Project.
Provisions of these Guidelines may be revised or modified without notice. The Project shall not assume any liability for any and all damages arising from revision and modification of these Guidelines.

Certain third-party advertisers in Sega Services may collect precise location data, or street-level location information, about you (Precise Location Data). Your device may allow you to opt out of the collection of Precise Location Data by the third-party advertiser in the Sega Services, as further described below.
iOS (iOS 8 or later) - In order to disable the collection of Precise Location Data on iOS, you may turn Location Services off for the applicable Sega Services via the menu "Setting > Privacy > Location Services." Then select the applicable Sega Services and set the "Share My Location" status to "Never."
Android (6.0/Marshmallow and higher) - In order to disable the collection of Precise Location Data on Android, you may turn Location off for the applicable Sega Services via the menu "Settings > Apps > [applicable Sega Services] > Permissions > Location." Then turn off the "Location" button.
Children's Information
It is important to Us to protect the privacy of young children. Therefore, We do not knowingly or intentionally collect or maintain personal information or non-personally identifiable information from users under 13 years of age in the United States and the applicable age of consent in the European Union, other than as permitted by law in support of Our internal operations (inside Japan) and for legitimate interests (outside Japan).
